The individuals listed on this page have allegedly done all sorts of thing in which violates the civil rights of those who have been victimized by sex crimes, which includes not making hot-line reports immediately (instead feeling they need to get permission from rabbonim first).  In some cases some of the individuals listed on this page were behind or actually attempted to bully survivors or their family members into silence, or those who advocated for them.
